Its been a while since I felt the seasons change. Though living in Southern California last year was incredible, I definitely missed the transition of the seasons. Fall is one of my favorite seasons. Seattle is an incredibly beautiful place to witness the leaves turn into gold, orange, and maroon. Its refreshing to experience the warm summer air transform into the crisp bite of fall.

As temperatures cool and our days grow shorter, my wardrobes also find a change. In this look, I’m embracing the fall palette. I’m bringing a more polished casual look with maroon cropped pants and comfortable, but edgy black loafers. I’m taking a piece of the Southern California sun with me by pairing these pants with a muted mustard, peplum top. I love the eyelet pattern of the top. It gives the look dimension and a sense of movement. Finally, I brought a touch of feminity with a white purse and a two-tone (silver and gold) watch.
