My favorite season in Seattle is hands down summer.

There is
so much to do in the city especially with our incredibly long summer days. I
love being a tourist in my own city. And I love recommending new places and
sights to experience in Seattle. So my friend Ribicca and I decided to team up to bring you a few things to see in the city.

If you’re coming to Seattle soon

and looking for where the
best views are of the city, this post is for you. Whether you’re coming for a
weekend getaway or a longer vacation, here are some sights and views that you
have to see.

Argosy Cruise

One of the best ways to see the Seattle city skyline is on
the water.

Take a one hour cruise around Elliot Bay with Argosy Cruises. You’ll
see the complete skyline and you’ll even cruise next to the 5th
largest port in the US.

Tickets: $27

Did you know that the Smith Tower is the oldest skyscraper
in the city?

It was completed in 1914 and was the tallest building west of the
Mississippi until 1931. Not only can you walk around the top floor, but you can
also grab a drink and a bite to eat at the bar.
