Welcoming a new era for the podcast. Meet the Creative Edition Podcast! (formerly known as the Content Creatives Podcast)

My mission is (still) to inspire creatives to discover, grow, and own their brand.

In this new era as a solo podcast host, I want to bring a holistic approach to being a creator/influencer, entrepreneur, and small business this year. You’ll see these layers reflected in both solo and interview-style episodes in upcoming episodes of the Creative Edition podcast:

Understanding yourself (as a creator/small business owner)

Having conversations around your health, well-being, mindset, and balance.

Understanding your community

Discussing how to build community – both on and offline.

Understanding your industry

Learning other perspectives and points of view in the influencer industry. Exploring public relations, influencer agencies, and the brand side of the industry. Being aware of how the creator economy is evolving as well as trends in the influencer space.

Understanding your business

Learning the creator/influencer industry business side means discussing finances, revenue channels, profit, expenses, etc.

One of my goals for the podcast this year is to bring on creators, small businesses, founders, experts in and outside the influencer industry, and other creatives – maybe musicians, artists, or writers. I genuinely believe we are all creative in our unique businesses and industries and can learn from different disciplines and industries.

Personally, I want to learn from other content creators and business owners. I have learned so much from other people’s stories on how they discovered, grew, and established their brands, that I’m dreaming about whom to invite and pitch for the show.

So in the future, I would love to invite content creators like Chelsea as of Late, Aimee Song, and Cassey Ho from Blogilates and the founder of Popflex.

I’d love to invite CEOs and founders of companies like Joanna Griffith from Knix, Sarah Kauss, the founder of S’Well water bottles, and Joanna Gaines, the co-founder of Magnolia.

Stay tuned for more podcast updates as well as new episodes that go live every week every Tuesday and Thursday!

Thank you for reading!

Love,

Emma
